Amp hours refer to a rating that deals on how much the amount of amperage is available when the battery is evenly discharge for more than a 20-hour period.

For you to know the constant amps output of the battery within 20 hours, you need to divide the amp-hour rating by 20 since the amp-hour is increasing.
